August 2-3, 2024 will bring a celebration of literature to town as the Lewisburg Literary Festival weekend event hosts visiting authors, writing workshops, book sales, musical entertainment, performance art and more! And best of all... its FREE for all to enjoy! (First-come, first-serve seating for featured author speaking events.)
Don't forget to visit the festival bookstore known as the Literary Town Square which will be set up inside the Greenbrier Valley Visitors Center on both days of the festival; and also don't miss the huge afterparty to be held at Briergarten on Saturday evening from 9pm-midnight!

7:30pm - Friday, August 2nd, at the Lewis Theatre ~ Ronni Lundy, a Kentucky native writer who specializes in Appalachian foods and culture with 9 books to her credit including Victuals: An Appalachian Journey with Recipes which earned a Book of the Year award from the James Beard Foundation.
1:00pm - Saturday, August 3rd, at Carnegie Hall ~ Patrick Bringley, award-winning author of All the Beauty in the World
3:00pm - Saturday, August 3rd at Carnegie Hall ~ Victoria Christopher Murray, best-selling author of more than 30 novels including The Personal Librarians, The First Ladies and Stand Your Ground
7:00pm - Saturday, August 3rd at Carnegie Hall ~ David Baldacci, one of the world's bestselling authors with over 50 works to his name equaling over 150 million copies sold in over 80 countries and 45 languages.
