Eight restaurants and a team of chefs offer their own style of rich Southern fare to international cuisine -- local, farm-to-fork freshness and everything in between.

Venture behind the scenes, and you’ll find pleasing the palate is taken very seriously in The Greenbrier kitchens. For nearly 60 years, it’s been training top chefs through a three-year Apprenticeship Program. Each student is trained from top to bottom in all things edible, instilling a passion for the art of food that flavors every bite at The Greenbrier.

While grand galas are a regular occurrence at The Greenbrier, those wanting a more intimate experience will appreciate any one of its specialty restaurants. Of course, any first-time visit should include dinner in the Main Dining Room. Stately columns, ornate chandeliers and full-length windows set the tone for an evening of refined Southern fare, often inspired by fresh produce harvested from The Greenbrier’s 43-acre Chef’s Garden.
